This one’s a no-brainer.  If your company makes it’s letterheads by printing them on a poor quality inkjet printer, and produces business cards on a machine at a motorway service station, you’re not going to convey the image of a smart and efficient business.

Stationary is how your customers and potential future customers view you.  You will be judged on your logo and what it represents, your choice of corporate colour & fonts scheme, and the quality of ink and paper stock used.  All this happens in a split second, but it is the foundation of how the rest of your business relationship develops.

Business Cards

A standard business card measure 55mm x 85mm, but this isn’t set in stone, and there are many options.  Ideas include single/double sided, matt/gloss finish, gatefold double width or height cards which can contain images of the products or services you sell, spot varnish to highlight certain areas, cut-out shapes to represent your industry, various weights of card, plastic, holographic, or if you want to be really fancy – a professionally produced corporate video burnt onto a business card shaped CD.

Letterhead

Letterheaded paper is often used for both letter writing and invoicing.  We can produce any size required, although very rarely drift from the International A4 standard.  Options include various weights and textures of paper, watermarking, and colour.  We also offer continuation sheets for multiple page documents so there is no change in the feel of the paper for pages following page one.

So often overlooked, but how often do we see a company let down by a note scribbled on a piece of scruffy notepaper? 

Envelopes

This maybe pushing the envelope a little (pun intended) for companies with a smaller budget, but we can produce a wide range of windowed or non-windowed envelopes with your logo, corporate colours, a photo, a return address, or pre-paid graphics.  If you supply us with a list of your customers details, we can also produce mail-shots and pack envelopes too.
